  1. 每月电费单 你每个月付多少电、账单结构长什么样，是所有估算的起点 Your monthly electric bill. What you pay each month and how the bill is structured is where every estimate starts.
  2. 屋顶 工商业看可用屋顶面积和遮挡 居民看朝向、面积和屋面 The roof. Commercial jobs look at usable roof area and shade. Homes look at orientation, area, and the roof surface.
  3. 电力公司 你用的是 SCE、LADWP 还是 SDG&E，规则不同，结论也会不同 Your utility. SCE, LADWP or SDG&E — the rules differ, and so do the conclusions.

三家电力公司不是一回事 The three utilities are not the same

02 — 两种方式02 — Two ways to pay

Cash 和 PPA Cash and PPA

Cash 是自己买下系统 PPA 是别人装在你屋顶上，你按发出来的电付钱 Cash means you buy the system. A PPA means someone else installs it on your roof, and you pay for the electricity it produces.

Cash

全款买断，系统归客户 You pay for the system and you own it.

  • 前期 系统全款 Up front. The full system cost.
  • 以后 维护由客户负责，或另签运维 After. You handle maintenance, or you hire it out.
  • 税收优惠 归系统业主 Tax benefits. They go to the owner.
  • 适合 用得上抵税、打算长期用的客户 Fits. Customers who can use the tax benefits and plan to keep the system.

PPA

按发电量付，系统归持有方 You pay per kWh. The provider owns the system.

  • 前期 通常很少，或没有 Up front. Usually little, or none.
  • 以后 按发电量付 单价一般低于电力公司，合同里常有每年上调 维护通常由对方负责 After. You pay for the kWh produced. The rate is usually below the utility, and contracts often raise it each year. The provider usually handles maintenance.
  • 税收优惠 归持有系统的一方 Tax benefits. They go to the party that owns the system.
  • 适合 不想一次出大钱，或抵不了税的客户 Fits. Customers who want to avoid a large upfront payment, or who cannot use the tax benefits.

贷款购买的系统归客户 工商业账单里的需量费要单独看 具体数字以评估和合同为准 A system bought with a loan belongs to the customer. Commercial demand charges are reviewed on their own. The assessment and the contract set the numbers.
